ドラゴンスレイヤー4(Legacy of the Wizard)からも10曲収録されている。

未完成BGMの本来の名称は、古代祐三氏自身が命名した「ds」 + 数字3桁。
This CD's BGM titles were given by the director freely without the input of Yuzo Koshiro.

このCDでは、古代祐三氏の関与なく、ディレクターによって曲名が付けられた。
このCDで付与された曲名はこのサイトにアーカイブしない。上記のvgmdbリンクを参照のこと。
例えば、原作ゲームに「宝冠(クラウン)」と呼ばれる重要アイテムが4つ存在するのに対し、未完成BGMの一つには「フォー・ダイアデム」というタイトルが付けられている。「ダイアデム」という語は原作ゲームの資料には一切登場しない。
