It is a wizard who passes on the magic of the Mayan Aztecs of southern Mexico, It wears a large ten-gallon hat and poncho. It mainly uses black magic and attacks intruders with agility.
 メキシコ南部のマヤ、アステカの呪術を伝える魔法使いで、大きなテンガロンハットとポンチョを身にまとっている。おもに黒魔術を使い、機敏な行動で侵入者を襲う。
JICC guidebook
It's a creepy wizard with eyes that glow behind his hood. The type that bounces around can be especially formidable to players with short range.
 頭巾の奥に光る目が不気味な魔法使いだ。特にぴょんぴょん跳ねてくるタイプは、飛距離の短いキャラには手ごわく感じられる。

The name comes directly from the wizard.
