Kadokawa guidebook

It was from the coastal region of southern Australia. It is a life form with a rocky body that covered the earth's surface shortly after its creation. This creature flooded the earth's surface with air, but it is very poisonous and dangerous to touch.
オーストラリア南部の海岸地帯出身。岩石の体を持つ生命体で、地球誕生直後は地表を覆っていた。この生物のおかげで地表には空気があふれたが、猛毒を有し触れると危険。

It is a monster in the shape of a rock. It's not particularly strong, but there's no shortage of people who approach it thinking it's an ordinary rock and get hurt.
岩の形をしたモンスター。特に強いわけではないが、普通の岩だと思って近づいて、傷を負う人が後を絶たない。

Origin of the name / 名前の由来

This name comes directly from the elemental, which is an entity that embodies natural objects and phenomena.
名前の由来は自然物や自然現象などを具象化した存在であるエレメンタル(精霊)そのまま。

Note

The MSX2, FC, and NES versions look almost the same as a normal block, but the MSX1, MOBILE PHONE version has a distinct difference in appearance.
