It was a race of giants from the mountains of northern Greece, who lived on earth before mankind flourished. It uses fire, has a certain amount of culture, and attacks its enemies with monstrous strength and collective action. It runs nearly 10 times faster than a human.
 ギリシャ北部の山岳地帯出身の巨人族で、人類の栄える前は地上に住んでいた。火を使い、ある程度の文化性があり、怪力と集団行動で敵に襲いかかる。走る速さは人の10倍近い。

It's a monocular giant. It usually bounces around a bit, not so much of a hassle. However, there is a rare individual among them that is extremely fast.
 一ツ目の巨人。普通は多少跳ねる程度で、そうわずらわしくはないのだが、まれにやたら速い奴がいる。

Origin of the name / 名前の由来

This name comes directly from Cyclops, the one-eyed giant in Greek mythology.
 名前の由来はギリシア神話に登場する一つ目の巨人サイクロプスそのまま。
